Shipping policy

Our shipping costs are routinely below $15 for our most commonly ordered items.  For example, even our Large Dispenser Kit typically ships for less than $15.  If you are charged more than this, please let us know, and we will correct the amount. (Our third-party software occasionally charges as much as $40 for this item.  To correct this, we need to hear when this happens.)

We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most orders, but we also get quotes from other shippers and go with the least expensive as long as delivery is prompt. Please note that shipping costs are based on your address (and distance from Northfield, Minnesota). If you use PayPal, you will first be taken to the PayPal page to input your credit card information. Once PayPal gets your billing address, you will be sent back to our website to calculate which shipping rates and taxes are applicable.

International shipping: At this time we only ship within the U.S. and to U.S. territories and APOs. If you can secure a US based broker who can export our products for you internationally, we can ship to any location they may have in the USA. All paperwork and brokers fees are the customer's responsibility. We do not recommend any particular broker services. It is up to the customer to find their own broker.
