Refunds & ReturnsIf you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within one year of purchase for a refund. After one year, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship. We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you purchased online, we typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we require a physical receipt. Contact John at email@example.com to arrange for the return. Do not return an item before contacting us. You are responsible for shipping costs for the returned or exchanged item. After your return is processed, you’ll receive your refund in about a week. The refund amount should be for the full value of the items returned, but will not include shipping and fees.
